In 2004, when I bought my first place and was planning my Housewarming Party, I wanted to give my guests a “party favor” they could really use.  Then I thought on how difficult sometimes is to pick the right music for when we all have people over for dinner, so I came up with the idea of giving them a CD with a collection of as I call them “elegant” songs.  The concept was for my friends to be able to just play the CD and have a nice blend of great songs for a nice evening.

Well, the first CD was a success!!!  I got asked to create more volumes.  What started as a Housewarming gift has become a yearly production.

I’m very proud to say that by combining the 5 volumes so far (the copies I originally  burned and the copies of copies that have been made) there must be north of 1,500 copies out there!

Whether you use it for it’s original purpose, or for your commute or to help you fall asleep, it really doesn’t matter.  I’m just glad you enjoy it in some shape or form.
